Well, at least for the time being it appears that selling at .25 was quite an error by some people. I do hope Small Cap Bill didn't sell, but then again how could he. He owns "restricted shares". Just in case anyone is keeping track, today was the first time since October 1st that we've had an up day! A reason to celebrate I think!

With SEXI semi-halted (I don't consider the pink sheets a real market), I have gone and stooped to a new low in quest of investment excitement. With the SEXI/SEC fiasco getting a little boring, I decided to prove my insanity by jumping into Arakis. Hubert, you would be pleased. It has all the elements of a "could-be disaster". 1) Plenty of hype 2) Previous disappointments from management 3) Mention of the company in SGA Goldstar (although they aren't specifically recommending it, but instead a related company named Brimm Energy) 4) Another 1,000,000 a day trader. 5) Prediction of news "at any moment". Hey you can't beat fun at the old ballpark. If nothing else, I hope that now nobody ever takes anything I say seriously again.

So what's new with SEXI? I don't really know. I spoke with both Doris and Geoff Eiten today, and it's basically a blackout period until the SEC finishes their work. They both mentioned that the audit will probably take a couple weeks, but we already knew that anyway. If there is news, it sounds to me like we won't be hearing about it in the intermediate future. So I guess it's more of the same until the audit is finished, and the SEC is satisfied with whatever they are looking at. Semi-halted I call it. But I must say I'm enjoying the semi-halt a lot more at 3/4 than I was yesterday at 1/2. Wouldn't it really be something if we closed up again tomorrow. Think about it! 2 days in a row. Well, that may be pushing it, but I do plan to enjoy today's success. It's been a long month.
