Sweden's Tele2 Chooses TTI To Install an SS7 Network Surveillance System

PETAH TIKVA, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 24, 1998--TTI Team Telecom (NASDAQ: TTILF - news; ''TTI'') announced today that it will provide
Tele2 AB, Sweden's second largest telecommunications operator, with an SS7 Network Surveillance System. Tele2, part of the NetCom Services Group, expects
to utilize Netrac's SS7 Network Management System to improve its quality of service, develop new revenue sources from existing network activities and facilitate
the deployment of new services. Installation is scheduled for May, 1998.

TTI's NWV-7 module offers a comprehensive centralized SS7 management system that will provide up-to-the-minute performance intelligence information, and fault
and configuration management for Tele2's growing network. The SS7 Network Management system is a highly advanced system that extracts data directly from the
SS7 signaling links in real time to achieve maximum network optimization, streamline complex routing procedures and reduce traffic flow congestion. Revenue
generating applications such as fraud detection and call tracing facilitates significantly reduce costs making the NWV-7 management system a potent tool and
provides a fast return on investment. In the first phase of its expansion plans Tele2 will be installing the system in both Kista and Gothenburg.
