Mark, super comment, thanks. I have speculated many many times that IPM wouldn't go belly up due to its commitments to Phoenix (of course, they could for other reasons). Phoenix requires success with the desert dirt's to advance it's objectives for property appreciation. Cut off one's nose to spite their face? Hardly. One speculation reason for belly up is now officially removed. That certainly should help the stock value. On the other hand, the uncertainty for delisting and the change in management pressures the stock. God, I love this crap!
