Dear Vince: I hope he is right but every instinct in my body says he is wrong. Any successful company IMO is always a target. For example, cant you see some over bloated, over priced Y2K company (no names mentioned to protect the innocent) wanting to expand into a field that has a future AFTER 2,000? I think and have said since the beginning, we need a poison pill. JDN
