SKYC will directly compete with CDRD. They own 28% of the only other company that has a license for Digital Audio Radio. World Space will be paying all the expenses for the buildout, since SKYC provided the license. A pretty good deal. SKYC also has a national mobile radio service which should be breaking even soon, if the recent deals are consummated. I thought anyone interested in CDRD, might also be interest in SKYC.
