I realized over the weekend that you had sent the e-mail to me via the SI's e-mail system, which I rarely check. I have been eagerly anticipating it in my regular e-mail box.

I called the number that you supplied for Brooks. The guy said that it wasn't even the lab. He also admitted that tests could have been done elsewhere and he might not know about it. Furthermore, this guy is far from the level of management that would be privy to knowledge of deployment.... I have sent in an e-mail to top management at Brooks who has the ability to confirm or deny and expect to be able to put this issue to rest by week's end.

You have indicated the outstanding results Brooks has achieved with the GigaMux (BER 10 -14). Therefore, we both know it works very well. It makes absolutely no sense why the company would make a false statement about the product being approved and putting the relationship as well as potential orders at risk. The company has stated that the announcement was approved by Brooks prior to its dissemination and has proof of this as well.

I called the number you supplied me for Dynacs. The gentleman that you told me to call was not intimately involved with the GigaMux. He told me that it was installed in late December, however the GigaMux was installed in the Sept - Oct time frame. Therefore I am wondering if he is getting the GigaMux confused with something else. Regardless, I will be talking with the right person at Dynacs who knows the specifics so I can get accurate info.
