Quite possibly. I follow NSCP pretty closly and the "bad" news far outweighs the "good" news that last few months. NSCP might pull back but remember that NSCP has been down from its anywhere near its high for a long time and has been trading sideways for a while. I'm looking for NSCP to make some big gains soon. When the MM's publicize news that predict the future of the company, such as NSCP has no chance of surviving or they'll lose their battle with MSFT it is very bullish (Under these circumstances) as opposed to todays earning news which give the MM's an EXCUSE for ralling the stock becasue they have accummulated so much. The more they publicize the "bad" news the more bullish the signs. But remember, the MM's and specialist can't tamper with all news that is released, you have to pay attention to every detail. For instance, we all know MSFT going to be around for a long time, it's the perfect stock to buy "ride" along with by buying on dips and such. But others like OPTI and such aren't doing so well and could go bankrupt but knowing that the MM's wants to still make a profit they will unload there shares the key is to look for the news and the volume on a price drop as a rule I look for its anything 4X normal volume is a good indication something is going to happen. I would like to explain more but this is getting long.

Hoever, I believe they have started to rally the stock but we'll see what the MM's has in mind soon. If they do release some "bad" news like you say, they probably unloaded and short-sold today. Otherwise they have began a rally, I won't be convince of this however until they break the 51 level. If you look at the chart, this is the point where there was heavy volume and then preceded to decline to cover and accummulate. MM's like to show a declining angle so if it breaks this point they usually rally it.

Did you short NSCP?
