Trader Dave is absolutely correct. In addition, SCUR believes in the 'challenge/response ' form of strong authentication - a technology SDTI believes is onerous and an extra step for the user (and with 70% market share - it appears the I&A market agrees with them). Plus SDTI would basically have to dismantle SCUR's token technology to incorporate their own ACE/Server tech. If thats the case, why buy the company? Bulldozer
