Is WACC wacko?

If you divide the $350 million gross sales number by the number of units (500) you get $715,000 per unit, $79,500 per year and $1500 per week. These numbers sound high even though they assume the timeshares are ocupied each and every week.

Also, no reputable consulting firm would make financial projections 9 years out and allow the company to release this informartion to promote its stock.

If the demand for timeshares in Orlando are so high why are people calling me all the time offering ridiculous incentives to get me there?
