(UVEW) 5/16 +1/8: Company signed a joint development agreement with Lucent Technologies to jointly pursue business opportunities based on each company's existing technologies. Under the agreement, the companies will establish a joint management committee to facilitate the marketing of jointly developed business opportunities for products, systems or services.
