I suggest you and I have a conference call with BCB's CFO.
Timing is completely open to your schedule. Take me up on
it - everything you say suggests you're doing this in good faith.

Re: the rights offering, the practice of restricting to the province
in which you're listed and the province where most of your registered
and known street name shareholders are is quite common. And
if we wanted to do some more favours for the insiders, wouldn't we
just do a private placement?

Re: the Investors Digest article, I'm going to give you and JJ
Phil Speller's e-mail address - PWS@accessv.com. He's stated
he's open to hearing from investors.
