ha, you need to do some research. I would suggest looking at the SEC filings which outline the current and future lines of business for both PKS and the new L3. What you will find is that this is not a "concept" stock but a rather substantial and experienced company.

Here is the link to the Edgar database and you will need to search under "Kiewit" and look under the "Peter Kiewit & Sons" filings:
