I have to ask myself somedays and wonder if other people do the same. Why am I here. Well lets look at the big picture. When I was a boy I knew I was going to have a good day when I could smell chicken soup on the stove. I knew I was complete then. Twenty-five years later I'm a chef in a restaurant across the street from the first Boston Chicken Raised working in a diner, now a 4 star restaurant,what am I doing, then it hit me. I was going to take it to a new level. Then George N. came around, and by the way we're good friends,he and some people start to build out the concept. Now my girl friend says lets look into the company, and so we did. I said Mr.N. I don't think it can fly with jest chicken. I can see this is right for people who would like to be in the restaurant business without a chef. I will form my own company and call it Boston......looking up in the air...Kitchen. Boston Kitchen...Bringing Home Cooking Back. Now that can fly. Looking for CEO Boston Chicken E mail before buy out. Opening my second B. Kitchen this spring. Good Luck stock holders.
