I am not sure I have taken into account everything, but given the current value of ATXI's stock and the value of a NASDAQ listing, I would say Ira is getting a great deal at 4 to 1. I would have thought 5 or 6 to 1 would be the exchange rate if ATXI is the company they are merging with.

This is based on what I can find out about the company.

I am still thinking, however, that it may be another company.
