I believe the equipment is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. I once heard an estimate of about a month to get up and running but I don't know where I heard that. Given my speculation that the J-L process is still being fine tuned I wouldn't be surprised if they don't start the pilot plant right away. I suspect this is something being discussed with the Advisory Committee.
