Pancho: guess I just can't help myself..."gotta live on the edge" sorta thing. Actually, I have lightened up recently-in the 22-23 range. Why fight the trend-not that I don't think for a minute that the ACLY plan will unfold as expected. Delay has been a fact of life here in Y2K world all along. My $$ can work elsewhere for the time being.
