Not necessarily. Without using the Johnson Methodology, you certaintly wouldn't want to use attritters. The largest cost component of the J/L process was the cost of operating and using the attritters.

If you didnt think you were going to use the J/L process and were going to use a more conventional methodology, you wouldnt use that pilot plant as it was designed. It would make a conventional process horribly inefficient as it relates to cost. JMO,
