Larry Excellent point. To stay listed on the NASDAQ Small Cap a company must have a minimum $1.00 bid price PLUS a market cap of $35,000,000 OR net income of $500,000 OR tangible assets of $2,000,000. This property purchase combined with the MGGold and Namibian Copper shares takes care of the tangible assets. Now, what about that bid price? Rob
