Checkout the following URL at DEC's users group web page. It seems that with the confusion about this merger and the future of Digital UNIX and VAX/VMS the registration to their users group was dismal. The users group has pulled the plug on their event scheduled in April. DECUS has begun to notify anyone that registered for the event. When the users no longer attend this event one can say they have lost confidence in Digital. decus.org
