I've come to this thread to confess that I have erred grievously. I recently started a thread that I should have titled "The Discount Brokers' Hall of Shame" but instead, I titled it "The Discount Broker's Hall of Shame, a blunder which was singled out, much to my embarrassment, in the header post of this thread. Sorry about that. I knew better, but please understand that at the time I created the thread, I was absolutely "flustrated" (does anyone else ever hear this joining of the words "frustrated" and "flustered") with the less-than-stellar service that my online discount broker had been providing.
Thanks for hearing my confession. I promise to do bedder.

P.P.S. Commas and I have never had a full understanding of one another and they seem to have a habit of either appearing in places they shouldn't or failing to appear at all, even in this very sentence, possibly.
