"Quantech Ltd. (Bulletin Board: QQQQ) announced today that Vincent A. Fischer has been named vice president of manufacturing. Fischer is currently director of manufacturing for the Point-of-Care Division of Boehringer Mannheim Corp., Fremont, Calif. Fischer's responsibilities will include overseeing final development work on Quantech's diagnostic instrument and test disposable, as well as arranging to manufacture both items." I suppose this is good news. Seems to imply that QQQQ is on track to submit their product to FDA and hopefully start manufacturing and marketing in the Spring. Two questions: Are they on schedule, and has anyone ever heard of this guy?
