I'm not too concerned about short term earnings here Tom, although it would be nice to have a small loss in the range of two cents like you say - I think the longer term potential is why you want to own FSII. It is interesting to see the range of estimates. For what it is worth the average car now has 10 computers, and the associated electronics, which should only increase in the future - another expanding market for semiconductors according to this article: members.aol.com - just what I need, an internet connect in my car :) Joe
