I never understood buy and hold on a risky stocks like intel or amd. It is like asking "shoot me, please". Yes, I do trade them instead.

If you don't have good nerves than may I suggest high rated bonds. :-))

And if you are curious then both amd and intel were good to me in the past and I can hope in the future. And most of the time I was long on intel and I shorted intel only once. I got out of intel last year completely and I was right about that. Timing was not perfect but good enough.

Intel is way overpriced but some of the intel investors are completely unreasonable about the value of intel which makes it a very risky short. There are other ways to play on current weakness of intel though. I chose to play competitors. And while the road was rocky the returns were unbelievable.
