Microsoft is both a great reference and, as documented recently, we have had significant add-on business on the service side. Maybe you were thinking of SCOP, when they sold help desk to MSFT a couple of years ago and later got thrown out. My opinion is that VNTV did not compete because they would be perceived as 'in between' SEBL and CLFY, and would not really have a chance. We are firmly entrenched in a successful installation on the service side; SEBL is the hot SFA company. They would have difficulty in differentiating themselves (plus, their synchronization technology is based on, gasp, Sybase specific technology!) Good luck.
