Larry, There may be a bunch of shareholders who feel that it is wise to hold their shares in certificate form right about now....but I don't think it is a certificate drive. I view it more as individuals making individual decisions. I have decided not to sell any BANY stock today. I don't think I will sell any for at least a few weeks. I think this stock is funky! Seems like sells today.......and the bid and ask are up. Hmmmm. bg
