Regarding Launch failures:

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but we don't have much to worry about launch failures if we're long on LOR. The launching party and or Loral have insurance against an unsuccessful launch (right?) and if we assume that there will be two launch failures this year, affecting 8 birds, then the real question is how long to manufacture new birds? The insurance will pay for the new ones, and Globalstar will be delayed by the amount of time it takes to build them. Does anyone know how long it will take? Is it possible to build the framework of extra satellites and have them handy to use if G* needs them, but put them to other uses if it doesn't?
