The outstanding shares for ATXI is 11,307,437. the outstanding shares for the NASDAQ company to be merged with is 1,413,913. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW THIS IS A MATCH? I think LE just threw this at us to cause a stir, and it's working. He's probably sitting back and laughing his &$$ off right now. and possibly bought ATXI last week and made a tidy profit off of the commotion. LW
