Lee,
I want to be very nice about this.
Let my try to clarify on this.

Say some IT guy got talked into buying PII-233's a year ago for a bunch of secrataries and assistants thinking their software demands would increase expotentialy like they have in the past.
Today, 12 months later, it is becoming clear that P-166's non MMX would have been suffecient, and will most likely continue to be suffecient for some time to come, OK, maybe P-200's

Could this happen and if it could, Would that IT guy hold a grudge or some sort of anamosity against the sales person that did the talking ?
Would the purchace of overcapacity cause him to act differently the next time he buys

Thanks Jim
