Tom, even after today's selloff ATVI's trailing P/E of 18.5 is still
higher than THQI's 14.8. And I can almost assure you that THQI will
meet earnings estimates--with a strong possibility of exceeding
targets--in Q1, Q2,Q3 and beyond. You should seriously consider it
as a long-term investment after you investigate the company more
closely. Three weeks ago--before THQI's selloff--I had no position
in it and was heavily weighted in EIDSY. But THQI's selloff has
prompted me to reallocate and underweight EIDSY.

As far as ATVI, yes it's a good company, but its total return will
pale in comparison to THQI in the next three months to a year. Look
at it more closely: if THQI earns the analysts' estimates this year
its P/E will be 11.5. Compare that to the industry average of 28.
Finally, THQI has historically beaten estimates consistently and
its balance sheet is much stronger than ATVI's. One caveat: you
should not consider it as a short-term play.

cheers,
Bleeker
