The News today was that Lagardere will sell its stake in SGS Thomson but it will be for below the current market price???? Once again this is confusing. Was it pre-arrainged to sell it back to a state owned company at a low price? Why would the new owner sell at a discount?? I'm not sure if the below market sell price will affect the stock. STM is undervalued (but I sold and I need a good pullback to buy back in)! I'm not trying to scare any current owners, the news was too confusing for me to stick with it. I'll be getting back in when the dust settles.
