Admittedly their margin interest of 7% is lower. But at Schwab you'd
collect 4% at on 10,000 while at Datek you'd pay 7% on 10,000.

In this particular example, a swing of 11%, the effective
Datek margin rate. In this specific case, of course.

That must've been the genuine Spots posting over there after
all (looks like he knew what he was talking about).

Thread, is this too far off-topic? Seems relevant to me, but
I admit it's on the fringe. Or maybe I should say on the
margin<G>.
