re customers upset I know lots of people who have bought mighty nice Dels and Compaqs that have more capacity, speed, etc etc than they need. I dont know one who complains about it, or even realizes that they dont need all they have!!!! People who are less knowledgable and therefore can be "talked into" buying a certain computer are not knowledgeable enough to realize they could have done with less!!!!! In fact once they learn to use their computer, if it works, rarely freezes, etc etc, they are "happy campers". And because a Dell or Compaq machine usually gives long trouble free service, nothing else matters! Freeus
