I did a little test today:

I have a large account with Merrill Lynch (managed acct.) outside of my own trading. So I called my broker and asked him what he thought about me investing in asnd (even though I'm already in through my Lombard acct) and he said they like the stock and he would recommend it as a buy.

for what its worth!
