Yes, this website paints a rosy picture. Read between the lines though and you'll see that while there is R&D in hydrogen production it is still a very real problem with no technically feasible solution on the horizon. Even were there was an economical way to produce hydrogen, the storage and transportation of hydrogen is much more difficult than petroleum. The tanks to store liquified hydrogen are very heavy in themselves. The piping and valving are more complicated and expensive. Actually, if you are that certain of fuel-cell autos, you might want to take a look at the producers of liquified hydrogen tanks, piping, and valving whose stocks are no doubt still reasonably priced.
