Remember, this is not your usual OPEC move -- Mexico, et al, rachets the game up a notch. Mexico helps a lot but with most of OPEC in line, it seems like Norway is the key non-OPEC producer now. Last I heard they were considering but no decision yet. If they go along, it would give a lot more credence to the cuts. Problem is they are one of the few big producers with a vibrant economy outside oil and a huge budget surplus. Anyone know of a news link with geopolitical news on oil ? Oil/Energy news links like Yahoo seem to be mostly trivia (new VP at......). John
