As I'm sure you know, Trigon as well as Blue Cross Plans in other states are independent of each other, therefore I'm not clear on "they are already cutting jobs in North Carolina and moving some of their operations to Richmond and Roanoke."

I know Trigon would like to take over North Carolina, but to my knowledge nothing has occurred yet. Do you have more details on the NC to Richmond/Roanoke thing?
