This stock lacks the volatility of many other small cap stocks, yet is a steady performer.

The undervalued fundamentals tends to put a floor under the stock price. As Kaneb grows the earnings, I expect the price to grow correspondingly. At some point in time, I expect the street to "discover" KAB and valuations will reach fair value (i.e. current P/E matches growth rate).

I think a fair valuation is in the $10-12 range, and even in that range I would expect the price to track the earnings growth, in the 25-30% range.
