I think if they hadn't bought the cash, we'd have heard about it. I'd love to see that happen... but I guess my pessimistic side is in control at the moment. Based on what I've seen in the news, I see CZT buying PMSI and it's cash for barely more than the cash and stock on hand, and getting the business for free. JD may have more information, but I don't know how far we'll be able to trust that either, since he wasn't able to get any more out of PMSI just last Friday, when he recorded the "nothing going on here" message. If the deal is done without any special dividend, I think PMSI management screwed up big time. Where's an acknowledgement of all the growth potential? Why did we go through all that shareholder rights junk? I'm really disappointed that the growth in this stock will be subsumed by CZT.... and got sold down the river for some shiny beads. DWB Incidentally, my way is also the way that Wall Street currently understands the deal, otherwise, it would be trading at a price reflective of the deal + dividend (say $15 + $10 = $25)....
