Just spoke with Medallion Corp(Roy)1-4168659655 and been told that not only have the first two units (billboards) been delivered but one of them is up and running in Houston Texas. Adot has "requests " for another 6 billboards. I didnt get the exact location of the BB thats up and running, but will attept that on my next call.
