October 22: China Industrial Group Inc. (CINDE) was delisted from The Nasdaq SmallCap Market(SM) due to its delay in satisfying the current information requirements for listing. China Industrial said it anticipates that its reporting to the SEC and Nasdaq will be made current and intends to request re-inclusion on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market(SM). China Industrial also said that there is no assurance that the company will meet the criteria for such re-inclusion.
