Richard, all that I can say, these two transactions between Phoenix and IPMCF do not look to me like "arm length" transactions. Six months ago the property was valued at $25 MM (was it worth it or was it a ploy to disburse a lot of money into someone's pocket, hopefully through maintaining the shares in the $10 to $15 range and issuing additional shares to pay Phoenix), now it is worth a note of $1 MM and $1.5 MM in shares. This is not a "small" adjustment, anymore, this is a "smally" transaction in my opinion designed not for business reasons but for reasons that are unclear to me (or at least one of the two transactions is certainly very suspect). Zeev, and ya, not yet shaking like an autumn leaf.
