Dr. Villa:

I have a question for you. Sometimes I see statements like this:

"The preferred stocks will be convertible to company's common stock"

Does it mean it is immediately convertible or there is some time
limits (there is no specific mentioning of the time). The reason
for the question is many of mentioned stocks in this thread goes
up while having convertible offered or have secondary offering,
recent ones are BFIT, SEPH, USWB, TWLB. If more shares coming, why it
is going up if without MM's manipulation. Is it legal for MM doing
such things ?

What do you think of oil stocks after today's drop, could they
come back ?

Many thanks.

Gary
