HI ROSS,

I take it that you are a holder of AAG. Thats good to know. So let
me see if I can answere you concerns.

My understanding is that this is equal to the total number of the float.
When you add up the # of shares paid for which is 17mil+ and the float,
that come to 22mil+.

(b) That is the # of shares to Hartford. Appearently that is the
financing that Hartford has already given to AAG. If we don't vote yes
then they have to give the money back. Appearently they have already
gotten a private placement of that amount of money. Like I said before,
AAG doen't like to talk to much to the public unless they have their
ducks in a row.

(c) My understanding is that what ever is done it can not exceed
25% of the total capital of the company. I beleive it is not to exceed
22mil shares which is equal to the float + paid up shares.

ROSS, I take it that you got into AAG after the 8th. I'm going to try
and talk to them tomorrow or Friday. If you have any questions post me
and I'll try to address them. I have a few that I want clearified myself.
Does that sound like a deal. I'll probably mail mine on Sunday or Monday
the latest.

Ron
