Thomas, I Have been monitoring Netscape for awhile now on a software program that I am using to download information from Dow Jones Tymnet. Netscape was rated as a BUY when it was at $40/share. A couple of economic indicators displayed green arrows when it believes is a good time to buy and sell. I have bee nusing this program for a long time now and find it to be very beneficial when purchasing stocks and options.

I know that this maybe a little farfetched, but I purchased January calls with a strike price of $85. Since Netscape became public, this last quarter has been their best quarter ever in terms of revenue and EPS. I currently work for Ford Motor Company and the #1 choice among web browsers is Netscape. I always seem to hear people talking about problems that they've had with Explorer.

Positive Things:
1) Netscape seems to be taking command of approximately 80% of the intranets that are currently being established among major companies.

2) All the money that was made by investors will more than likely be spent on computers and internet services which Netscape will benefit from. The number of people getting on the internet has more than doubled since last year and expected to grow.

3) Bill Clinton will more than likely be elected as President and the economy will continue to grow. Clinton supports internet access to all classrooms which could possibly use Netscape.

Negative Things:
1) Microsoft will use their threatening tactics on major corporations to use Explorer instead of Netscape. Example: AT&T WorldNet service first used Netscape as their browser and mysteriously switched to Microsoft???

2) Products could be released that access the internet by other means using their own browsers (WebTV, wireless internet, etc.).

I know that there are probably some things that I have missed. I hope to here from some of you as to what holds for Netscape's future products, company status, stock price, etc. It is very beneficial to be well-informed with every aspect of a company so one can make strong convictions about its future.
