Why did so many insiders including the CEO sell most of their holdings in Feb. 1998? Zainul, Please see Gary Korn's post #35524 for details and some analysis. Supposedly most of the transactions/selling are routine; not most of their holdings. There were a few other posts addressing this quarter's insider selling. I will post them to you when I find them.
