Since it only traded from 3 to 4 yesterday and hung around the eight mark most of the day, I would wager that it is near the bottom, if it hasn't hit. What do you all think? I realize some fund managers may want to divest before the 3/31 report dates but this one does seem overdone. Seriously interested in what anyone thinks on this one. Paul T.
