Mr. Fink, Frank and others, I also had quite a long conversation Ms.O'Shea today. Regarding the delay in announcing the 10k was she was hoping to be able to announce the final arrangements in regards to financing as well as the 10K. We will know more info on Monday. She suggested a call back, if I am not able I'm sure Frank will be on top of it. (no pun intended Frank)! I was able to confirm, from Ms. O'Shea that Fleet is not the only lender in talks with CVUS. Banks as well as private capital investors are in discussion with the company, she was not at liberty to go into any further details. Sorry, for all of you Yahoo thread readers for the cross posting. I tried to re-word as best as possible. DC Miller
