Well, it has 1.41m shares and is in MN, just like INTHEFLESH said in the press release. But, it was extremely unfortunate that LE had to blab it all over yesterday, including on other boards, because his interference screws up the Ira's negotiating leverage. The reason being is that it is causing a repositioning of the relative stock prices before the actual merger finalization, which can negatively affect the exchange ratio for us FAMH holders. Why LE interferes when he has no shares suggests his motives are unprofessional, and certainly unwelcome. Luck to all.
