Here is some additional information from today's issue of the SEC News Digest:

SHOPPING.COM TRADING SUSPENSION
On March 24, the Commission temporarily suspended, pursuant to
Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, over-the-
counter trading of the securities of Shopping.com, Inc.
(Shopping.com), of Corona Del Mar, California. The suspension is
effective from 9:30 a.m. (EST) on March 24, 1998 to 11:59 p.m. (EDT)
on April 6, 1998.

The Commission suspended trading, temporarily, because of concerns
that there was a lack of current and accurate information regarding
the securities of Shopping.com due to recent market activity in the
stock that may have been the result of manipulative conduct. (Rel.
