Dear Sir TEMP: Under The present Telcom Regulation Act "All parties have equal access"But since this is a very serious statement made by me I would encourage all involved in FTEL to read and fully understand to the best of their ability the provisions set forth in said ACT. This is actually a great part of Deregulation.
